DC Women In Politics (DCWIP) cordially invites you to our New Year’s celebration and 2015 Membership Meeting. This event will showcase and celebrate some of our accomplishments over the past two years, and provide an opportunity for us to come up with some new and fresh ideas to continue our growth and programming for the future.
We are very honored that three of our members elected to the D.C. City Council will be joining us:
Anita Bonds,
Brianne Nadreau, and
Elissa Silverman
We will have an ‘Idea Tree’ and ask you to place at least one idea on the tree suggesting either a fund-raising or programming activity for 2015.
We also invite you to bring one or two friends or colleagues to this event who would be interested in joining and becoming an active participant in our organization going forward. We are looking for women across the spectrum of all ages, professions and talents, including students, who want to be a part of our mandate to lift up women to politically influential positions in Washington, D.C.

We ask current members to donate $10.00 to help underwrite the cost of the event. We will also have a membership table there for payment of 2015 DCWIP membership dues. Cash, check or a money order for $25.00 made out to DCWIP is acceptable for dues.
